NHBC ‘Seal of Excellence’ & ‘Pride in the Job Award’; a double prize for Central Plumbing & Heating, in 2020.

The National House Building Council (NHBC) is the UK’s leading independent provider of warranty and insurance for new homes. With over 80 years' experience, they are recognised by homeowners and trusted by builders and all major lenders.

The NHBC Standards define the technical requirements and performance standards for the design and construction of new homes to be covered by Buildmark and provide guidance on how these can be achieved.

Central Plumbing & Heating had already achieved a top 450 place in the United Kingdom, where over 60,000 sites are inspected every year. This got their first pride in the job award. The pride in the job winners are then put forward for the next round of awards.

Central Plumbing & Heating helped Liam Pettet of Barratt Homes, Fernwood have achieved a top 100 place for their site, and therefore won a prestigious “Seal of Excellence” award - Central Plumbing & Heating is a main contractor on the project. Liam Conneely, a director at Central Plumbing & Heating is in jubilation with the award.
